MCAL announces our new instructor led online Business Analysis training program focused on IIBA®’s CCBA® (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis) / CBAP® (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification. Our constant endeavour has been to bring the latest Business Analysis tools, techniques, methodologies and best practices to our clients so that they can excel on the global platform. The new program has been designed keeping in mind the needs of global Business Analysts who are trying to establish themselves as experts in the market by acquiring prestigious certificates like CCBA® or CBAP® but do not have time to spend on multiple day long face-to-face training sessions.This program has also been designed to align BA role in agile software development projects owing to the global popularity of Agile Software Development methodologies.

 PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

1. This 21 hours instructor led online program is designed to provide detailed understanding of the role & responsibilities of a Business Analyst in waterfall / agile projects using IIBA®-BABOK®. 
2. This program adopts experiential learning methodology ensuring that concepts are well balanced with hands on exercises using case studies.
3. The course introduces participants to 6 BA Knowledge Areas, BA tools & techniques, fundamentals of agile / Scrum, hands on exercises on requirements modelling software, BA best practices and CCBA® / CBAP® certification preparation. 
4. The program provides 21 Professional Development Hours (PDH) to participants. These PDHs are a pre-requisite for CCBA® or CBAP®. 
5. Participants are also made aware of all the eligibility criteria and tips / tricks to clear the certification exams.
6. The program will be followed by 1 month support where you can ask trainer queries regarding various BA exercises and CCBA® / CBAP® certification preparation.
7. The USP of this program is seamless online collaboration between the trainer and globally dispersed participants using various collaboration tools. Although the training is online, participants get the feel of being together throughout the program providing ample opportunities for working together with fellow program participants from across the globe.

 HANDS-ON EXERCISES

• A project like experience is shared by participants learning best practices as well as practicing various BA tools and techniques as the program proceeds. 
• Participants act as BAs within a project and perform various BA tasks like preparing plans, eliciting & documenting requirements
  
• Various BA artefacts like process models, BRD, cost-benefits analysis, UML diagrams and UI mock ups are prepared using different requirements modelling software.
  
• Interesting quizzes are thrown in between to test the areas covered and answers are discussed to understand CCBA® / CBAP® certification questions pattern and tricks to identify the correct options.
  
• Multiple exercises are shared with the participants during the 5 day break for practice purpose. Participants can also write / talk to trainer regarding any business analysis, tools, techniques, CCBA® / CBAP®exam queries.
